“Solution Walk” is a 1,5 hour effective coaching session while walking together.
When you walk, you move your body, your circulation is improved and your oxygen supply increases, helping you to feel more alert and alive. All of a sudden, perspectives are shifted and new ideas and solutions emerge. You begin to see things from different perspectives and angles.
When and where:
We meet Friday 16th, 23rd, 30th September and 7th October at 8 am in front of the Charles de Gaulle statue in Herastrau park and return at 9:30 am.
What will happen during this 1,5 hours:
- We start with a check in,
- Then there will be coaching sessions, group coaching, a silent walk,……. ,
- Followed by a wrap up – check out.
Who should attend:
Everybody who likes to walk and wants to find solutions, needs to make decisions, wants to develop ideas or is interested in a different coaching approach.
Of course you can forward this information to your friends, colleagues, etc.

Elisabeth Siencnik has a master in Business Economics from the WU Wien and ESSCA Angers. She has worked in finance and project management for multinational companies (Unilever, Baxter, GlaxoSmithKline) and international non-profit organizations. Since 2008 she has been sharing the holistic perspective she gained through her work experience as a consultant, trainer and (project) coach. Beside her profound knowledge of finance and project management Elisabeth is a solution focused coach as well as an instructor for yoga and meditation. She loves to find solutions (not only in projects) and to walk.
